By using HiStranger, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Age restriction
You must be 18 or older to use HiStranger. If you're under 18, please leave the site and talk to a parent or trusted adult about safer alternatives.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use HiStranger for:
- Harassment, threats, doxxing, or hate speech toward any user
- Sexual content involving minors (this will be reported to authorities)
- Solicitation for money, financial scams, phishing, or fraud
- Spam, mass messaging, or automated bot traffic
- Sharing malware links or attempting to compromise other users' devices
- Impersonating another real person or organization
- Any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction
Anonymity is not a shield
We don't collect personal information — but if we receive a valid law-enforcement request tied to a serious crime (child exploitation, threats of violence, coordinated fraud), we will cooperate to the extent our logs permit.
Skip and reporting
You can skip any conversation at any time for any reason. If a user violates these terms, use the report feature or email abuse@histranger.lol. Repeat offenders are shadow-banned.
Service is provided "as is"
HiStranger is free, best-effort, and provided without warranty. We don't guarantee uptime, message delivery, or any specific level of matching quality. You use the service at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Termination
We may terminate access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice, particularly in response to violations of these terms.
